The 2517 Residence project is a renovation of and addition to an existing bedroom in a Tudor-style home in Omaha’s Benson neighborhood to create a spacious master suite with a spa-like bathroom. Custom millwork, including the king-size bed, is tailored to the modest bedroom with built-in reading lights and storage below. The bathroom is fitted with a jacuzzi tub, oversized shower, custom cabinetry, and abundant storage for a 1920s home. The addition of two windows and a skylight fills the space with natural light, reducing the need for artificial lighting.
